Our client, a global leader in flow-control for the process industries, had an insufficient understanding of the Japanese domestic market and export EPC projects. 

Our Solution

Asian Insiders employed the proprietary Test Drive methodology to achieve the client’s objectives. Partners and their teams in Japan and Europe conducted in-depth research covering industry sectors, Japanese and foreign competitors as well as government data and statistics. This was complimented by a number in interviews with industry experts. The combination of all data was then used to develop a client specific Addressable Market Model. This dynamic model predicted a five-year addressable market for both the Japanese market and EPC projects abroad.
