Client Problem
The client wanted to understand the Asian pharmaceutical market environment in five regions. We were tasked with screening equipment vendors and manufacturers in these five regions as well as looking at who the customers of the manufacturers were.
Our Solution
The project involved a team of Asian Insiders partners in each of the five regions. In-depth research and multiple interviews with industry experts provided the required insight. Regular interim reports and discussions with the client contributed to the success of the project.
Successful Result
The project which ran over five months was concluded with the presentation of three separate reports to the client’s top management. The provided insights gave the management the opportunity to streamline their sales channel approaches and to take decisions regarding possible acquisitions.
