We are familiar with the company formation process and can ensure compliance with relevant Korean laws and regulations. We can execute client legal documentation, tax registrations and applications for any required licenses and permits. Our Korean team has established as well as liquidated several companies for our clients in the past.

Office operations and administration services

We provide interim management services for experienced local professionals to oversee your Korean operations. You can leave your whole organisation at our hands, or you can have us manage administration and office operations while your expatriates focus on their core task (sales, technical development, after sales and services). Usually, these projects run at minimum six months but more typically anywhere from one to three years. 

Sales team management 

Having a dedicated sales team can be needed when your business in Korea increases, or when a major project potential arises. Instead of havin a single sales rep in Korea (who might be good at sales in your field), you can now hire a team. A team who can manage your sales rep, and support him/her with strategic planning, documentation, communication, logistics, certifications etc. In Korea we have skilled team to support all your needs. 

Liquidation and winding-down operations 

Changes in your business in Korea or end of a project, might require winding-down of your operations in the country. At simplest this can mean just packing up bags and flying home, but often it requires closing down and liquidating your Korean subsidiary. In Korea this is another administrative process similar (but longer) to incorporation.
