His track record includes moving China from lower top ten market rank to #1 and lifting Southeast Asia from a niche position to combined #1, including building high-rise and infrastructure market leadership. Landmark references include Marina Bay Sands, Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, and several other office and residential high end buildings as well as MRT lines in Singapore and Bangkok.
