In 2012 Pawan cofounded Kasvu Consulting in New Delhi along with a Finnish colleague to assist the establishment of Nordic enterprises in India. Since then, his consulting canvas has developed widely across Europe.

Naturally Pawan understands the complexities of government, law and finance in India, as well as the cultural interplays prevalent in doing business there. Further, his long experience in operating on boards of Finnish companies both in India and Europe enables him to navigate easily between Indian and European business cultures.

Pawan supports his European and Indian clients in market entry, business development, corporate services as well as sourcing across energy technology, manufacturing, engineering, waste to energy, education, medical & healthcare, food & beverage, wood, automobile, defence & aerospace, and IT sectors.

He is a member of several consulting, security and business networks across the globe and works closely with business chambers of various countries in India. His education and experience allow him an excellent foundation in leadership, HRD, project management and business consulting.

Pawan holds two master’s degrees, one in Defence & Strategic Studies and his second in Air Defence Systems & Electronic Warfare. He also holds two Post Graduate diplomas: one in Human Resource Management and second in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
